We collect your email address, name, business type, website URL, and competitor URL when you sign up. We also collect audit data including prompt runs and scores to provide our service.
We use your data to run AI recommendation audits, generate fix plans, send you your audit results by email, and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
We use OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), and Perplexity APIs to run audits. Your website URL and competitor URL are sent to these services as part of queries. We use Resend for email delivery. We use Dodo Payments for payment processing.
We use cookies for authentication (Supabase auth tokens) and theme preferences (citemybusiness-theme). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Settings page. You can request a data export by emailing hello@citemybusiness.app.
