CiteMyBusiness is an AI recommendation audit tool that analyses how your brand appears in AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Results are estimates based on a sample of queries and do not guarantee actual AI recommendation outcomes.
Free users are limited to 1 manual audit per day, ChatGPT engine only, and can view top 3 reasons. We reserve the right to change free tier limits.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
You must not use CiteMyBusiness to audit websites you do not own or have permission to audit. You must not attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our service. You must not use our service for any illegal purpose.
Results are based on sample queries and AI responses that change frequently. We cannot guarantee specific AI recommendation outcomes. CiteMyBusiness is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
CiteMyBusiness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify paid users of significant changes by email.
